Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites

The room was spacious and had a comfortable king-sized bed. the minimalist interior design was perfect for me, with no unnecessary distractions like a TV or music. the location of the hotel was great, set away from the noise of the street and in a peaceful area on top of a hill.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the staff was quick to address the issue and clean it thoroughly. Additionally, the bathroom was a bit cold as the climate system was located in the living room, not in the bathroom itself.

I recently stayed at Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location in Alfama was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was well-designed and exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any requests. a great stay with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to attractions & Tram 28. Helpful staff, waited for late check-in. Clean, comfortable room with daily cleaning. In cute, hilly part of town near castle & cathedral. Friendly staff, good shower pressure. Real Lisbon feel, privacy & great river views. Excellent value, best wifi. Close to shops for breakfast.

This cozy hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, just next to the tram stop and an also great coffee shop. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. The staff is attentive and kind, making check-in and check-out easy and smooth.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as it is very basic for the price.

Great service and helpful staff. the hotel staff responded to our emails quickly and were very helpful with answering our questions. They even offered us a bottle opener and cups when they saw us coming in with a bottle of wine. the location was also perfect. It was in a historical district and close to many attractions. the tram stop was right outside the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The lack of amenities in the room was disappointing. There was no coffee or tea provided, and we had to buy coffee pods from the reception.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. Situated in the picturesque city center, close to the castle and surrounded by charming streets, we felt like we were truly immersed in the vibrant energy of older Lisbon. Plus, the hotel was nestled in an open park, allowing us to enjoy peaceful evenings with a view of the garden right from our window.

In terms of improvements, everything was spot on.

It might be uphill, but the tram stops right in front of the hotel, making it easy to move around. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern design and helpful staff available to respond to all your needs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing lots of information about local sights and recommendations for things to do. We followed their suggestions and had a wonderful time exploring Alfama and Castelo. The hotel's location in the historic center of the city made it easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view of a charming narrow street where the tram passed by, adding to the authentic atmosphere. The sound of the trams didn't bother us at all. We also appreciated the modern and fresh interior of the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious and worth the price.

Our stay at Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the historic streets of Alfama and we even had a view of the port from our room. The famous trams passing by added to the charm of the neighborhood. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and even to the train station for a day trip to Sintra. The tipico restaurants nearby were delicious and there was a convenient cafe just a few steps away for breakfast and lunch. The room itself was clean and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.
